Marine Corps Intelligence is committed to creating a diverse and skilled workforce, capable of meeting the challenges of the information age. Our aim is to form a team that is data-focused, agile and resilient, and that can make timely decisions.

We believe in investing in the development of all personnel, including active-duty military personnel, civilian Marines and interns. By working collaboratively and leveraging the strengths of all stakeholders, we can achieve our objectives and build a better future.

Individual Development Plan (IDP)

All Civilian Marines must complete an Individual Development Plan (IDP) with their supervisor annually. IDPs are essential in recognizing the training employees need to grow personally and professionally. IDPs in the Marine Corps allow employees to fulfill their job competencies, work more efficiently and enhance employee morale and engagement by providing opportunities to learn new skills.

Academic Degree Program (ADP)

The Academic Degree Program (ADP) offers financial assistance to employees who are seeking an academic degree, professional license, or certification. The academic degree training that is funded through the ADP must be a part of a degree-seeking program that supports organizational objectives and leads to improvements in organizational or individual performance.

Information Development Institute (IDI) Portal

The IDI is an online learning platform that offers training support and skill development to information technology, cyber, data/AI and intelligence Marines and civilians. Offerings include training resources, academic opportunities, to industry exchange programs.
